I knew that wedding photography at Thoresby Riding Hall was going to be a joy. I first visited this Nottinghamshire wedding venue a couple of weeks before Stef and Lucy’s big day and must say, I was impressed. The venue is set within beautiful Thoresby Park. The area is surrounded by several thousand acres of farmland and forestry.
Stef and Lucy booked me after our initial Skype chat a few months before their wedding. The couple live in London and due to our locations meeting in person was’t possible. I was delighted they chose me to be their wedding photographer. Stef and Lucy are both fans of documentary wedding photography and my unobtrusive approach suited their needs.
I started the day with some photography at Lucy’s parents house where she was getting ready with her bridesmaids. From my first camera click till the last photo taken in the evening everything went smooth. Positive vibe was present all day and atmosphere was very relaxed. Stef and Lucy’s wedding would make perfect answer to a question ‘Why do I love photographing weddings?’. Stunning venue, awesome people and day full of great moments to capture.
I just wanted to let you know that we absolutely love the photos. They’re wonderful! We really don’t know how you manage to capture all those moments!
