London wedding photographer working with a documentary approach but a fashion editorial sensibility. Before working as a photographer I was a writer and for me both disciplines are about storytelling — finding those telling moments between people, or even just a reflective individual moment. Because of this I’m less interested in the elaborate set-up image and much more in creating a string of images that really tell the story of the day and speak to you. Photographs that are like high end snapshots — something that might not look out of place in an old family album, except you would stop and pause over it and go “Wow, I love that shot. That is so you.” While being primarily a London wedding photographer I will travel to most parts of the UK for the right wedding. I never want to go stale by repeating myself or working at the same venues over and over again. Your day is unique and the photography should be too.
I’m all about the authentic moment. I never stop looking and I work hard to make every part of the day something photogenic and special. I believe I have quite a unique sensibility. Your wedding photos will not look like everyone else’s.
