Best of Wedding Photography 2016 – John Hope

Many thanks to John Hope for sharing his best of 2016!

2016: a defining year. I try my hardest to attract couples who I’m going to get on with and the 2016 vintage has been most excellent. I really have had a ball this year. Thank you all for having me along for the ride – it’s been epic!

I’ve recently been announced as one of the shortlist of ten finalists in the 2017 UK Wedding Awards ‘Best Wedding Photographer’ category. If you can spare 30 second, please do drop a vote for me here: http://bit.ly/2iZPM4k. This follows on from being chosen as a finalist in Rangefinder’s 30 Rising Stars of Wedding Photography 2016. I fell short of finding a place in the final list of 30 but to make the shortlist of 200 photographers chosen from across the world is one heck of an accolade. My main aim is to attract great couples and make them as happy as possible but recognition on this sort of level really does help to re-affirm that I’m doing things right!

I can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store. I’m not far off closing the books for the year and have some amazing weddings to look forward to the length and breadth of the UK, with trips to France, Croatia and Tuscany lined up also. Bring it on!

Please just click on the first image, sit back and and enjoy John’s year!
