Tithe Barn Wedding Photography – Shootinghip

Welcome to Holly and Chris’ wedding. A very country wedding at St Lukes, Milland and Tithe Barn, Hampshire. This has a unique spin in the variety of baked goods which were made by a number of guests for the drinks reception which followed at Tithe Barn. Being an experienced wedding photographer, I rarely this type of ingenious idea that not only provides loads of great variety to the reception but also allows guests to be part of the day in their own real way. One of the most rewarding aspects of wedding photography is seeing the connections between people. Seeing them enjoy their home baked goodies (and taking part in some myself) didn’t hurt either.

This was my first visit to St Lukes in Milland. Having driven past the narrow lane that leads up to the church for many years I was always curious as to what it was like. With a the gorgeous May sunshine and blue skies I was treated a true delight. This ancient church beamed like a beacon in the country side.

Of course it was also a glorious sunny day at Tithe Barn, Hampshire. Not only was there a wealth of baked goods on offer it was also a time for everyone to relax and look forward to a wonderful afternoon to celebrate a beautiful wedding. A highlight for me was the outdoor speeches which is so different to what I usually see. Inspiring enough for me to consider this for my own wedding.
